Hatch Adventure Trailers are built out of a garage in Orlando, Florida — designed for people who want to get off the grid and stay there. Whether you’re overlanding through mountain passes, base camping at a trailhead, or pulling down a dirt road no one else knows about, the Backroads Model is built to go with you.

Every trailer starts with a hand-welded steel chassis and is built your way from there. One model. Your options. Your color. No two are exactly alike.

Compact enough to fit in your garage. Built tough enough to go anywhere you do. Backroads Model features a hand-welded steel frame, marine-grade epoxy-treated plywood construction, CNC-machined cabinet panels, and a flat floor sleeping area that comfortably sleeps two.

Every Hatch trailer is built by hand in Orlando, Florida. No factory. No assembly line. Each build follows the same proven 8-step process — steel up, panel by panel, until it’s ready to roll.
